Golden tahini dressing

Recipe
This dressing is full of flavour and packed with gut-loving nutrients. Tahini contains high levels of magnesium, lecithin, potassium and a source of methionine which aids liver detoxification. It is also rich in vitamin E and B vitamins which promote healthy cell growth and function.  Miso is also a big fave of mine when it comes to dressings; miso it's prebiotic which means it feeds the good bacteria in your gut and this contributes towards a healtthy gut function.
Ingredients 
  • 4 tbsp tahini 
  • 6 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tsp miso paste
  • 1/2 tsp fresh turmeric or 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 garlic clove mined
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Method
Blitz all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. If you want to make a larger batch, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. You may need to add extra water before using each time.
