About me, my approach and how I can help you

About me

Hi there, I'm Jenna Seward, I'm a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist based in Southampton, UK. My specialist areas include women's health & infant nutrition. I gained my qualification with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and I am registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC) and fully insured with Balens.

My approach

I am passionate about combining a personalised and scientific approach to nutrition, to help educate and empower others to reach optimum health.

I feel very strongly that food should be about nourishment and enjoyment, therefore I will never have any “forbidden” foods, instead I focus on the inclusion of foods rather than  exclusion of foods.

No one client is ever the same, everyone is unique, that’s why my approach is person-centered, practical and realistic.

The world of nutrition is a forever evolving science, this is what I love most about it. I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest research and developments in the industry so I am confident the advice I give is reliable and current.

"Advice based on the latest scientific research"

Having worked full-time in a busy, target-driven sales environment as well as recently becoming a mum, I fully understand the pressures of juggling work life, family life and trying to stay healthy all at the same time. I'm passionate about helping my clients reach their goals while still having the foods they enjoy.

If you're looking for advise on weaning, fussy eating or just want to learn how to optimally nourish your little one from the get-go, let me help you! Parenting can be hard enough, don't let weaning or food also be an added stress.

I offer one-to-one consultations locally, corporate and community workshops nationwide, and online consultations globally.
