What to expect
This is an online 4 week group program aimed at women.
There will be a private Facebook group where you can chat to other people in the program, help keep each other motivated, share recipes, experiences, struggles and wins.
You will receive a new recipe book and example meal plan each week, along with a food cupboard staples shopping list and downloadable handouts.
Each week we will focus on a new area, which I will be giving a talk about at the start of each week. You will be sent additional information detailing the focus for the week, with action points to follow.
I will be available everyday for you to ask questions, support you and help keep you on track.
